Riddled and disgorged after 18 months, we are proud to present this premium sparkling for you to enjoy on special occasions (or just every day), served chilled with fruit, cheese or hors d’oeuvres, or as an accompaniment to a fine dining experience.

+ 2016 Oparina Rosé

Winemaking: This dry Rosé is made from our estate grown shiraz grapes, handpicked from our Padthaway vineyard in 2016, fermented with natural yeast and stirred regularly on full lees until bottling. A wine to drink this summer, serve chilled with seafood or pasta.

+ 2017 Oparina Chardonnay

Winemaking: Handpicked from our Padthaway vineyard in 2017, the fruit has been carefully handled using traditional handcrafted methods such as basket pressing. It then went through natural fermentation in French Oak, relying only on 100% natural acids to produce a beautifully balanced wine.
